  2. The excitement is mounting...lol! For safety reasons, I hope PPO goes back to the original pot! Sleep well while you can!

  3. I think at the last minute, she will go back to the security and familiarity of the original pot/nest. At least I hope so :)

Can't wait for all the excitement!

  4. Enjoy these last nights of sleep - you're about to be Godparents again and we'll all be Aunties and Uncles! I wonder if we can claim them on our taxes...nmmm - probably not! :~))
I can't wait for the chatroom to open again so we can renew acquaintances and start staying up all night again with you.

  5. Hmmm, I can see why PPO likes the new nest as there is more foliage, but then again less room as a result. Perhaps she is torn between the two, and so is going for both before finally deciding. Perhaps she and Pappa visit to consult each other on the big decision. Thanks so much for posting the photos. Like the others here, I am looking forward to chatting and seeing both owls and people again.

  8. Has PPO explored your potential pots/nests this early in the season?

  10. Looking forward to the new season and clutch! I've missed this lovely family and their human hosts, too. Glad to see that they are still hanging in there and anticipate a wonderful, new clutch of youngsters before long.

  11. So it's settled? They want a pool in their yard! But PPO has forgotten how big those babies can grow, and there certainly is less room, if she has opted for more greenery. Well, they'll work it out. I'm looking forward to having them back, and chatting with you and the other owl lovers.
Happy Easter or Passover or whatever is appropriate!
    Best wishes,
    Helen

  12. Oooh, I hope to be an Auntie again! Which pot though... What a kick! Is the original better protected from winds etc.?
Think of you and the PPO and Pappa with love,

  13. Hey, have you guys ever thought of getting larger pots for your tree/plants? I am sure Mom and Dad would appreciate that a lot.
