ReplyDeleteSee all the feathers around the nest? The feathers are from birds that they have caught to eat (sorry garden birds). A Cape Glossy Starling comes and pinches the feathers - right from the nest with the chicks there. It is one very brave Starling.
ReplyDeletePlease tell me that I am not the only one who kisses these sweet faces and strokes their fluffy heads on my monitor! Oh, and calls for Momma and Pappa in chorus with the babies when they are hungry. It's a love story ;*))
